My practice is often socially engaged, temporal and site specific revolving around the investigation of a particular context. The work is defined by its connection to place and community, involving active participation and communication between artists and public.
My artistic role is adaptive to facilitator and curator of public events, to member of a curatorial committe, to collaborator and independent practitioner. I am the initiator and a co-curator of Cabin Exchange an annual week-long public art event that has placed shipping containers on the streets of Glasgow and Edinburgh to be accommodated and transformed by local and international artists.
