Will Foster walked along the footbridge that crosses the M8 junction and just before the peak knelt down and started to attach A3 laminated capital letters with white zip ties to the bars on the side of the bridge facing the west end. The text banner read ‘GLASGOW WILL YOU MARRY ME? XXX’
